Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

Ice that has melted due to improper storage after delivery

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. For subscription orders, adjustments will be made in your next billing cycle.
Replacement Policy
If a product is damaged or defective, we will arrange for a free replacement at no additional cost. Replacement orders are prioritised for faster delivery.
